The Republicans on the House Education Committee introduced draft Elementary and Secondary Education Act Reauthorization bills today. The bills include significant program consolidation and enhanced flexibility at the local level.
While the flexibility will offer great opportunities, Communities In Schools is working to include two additional provisions that, if included, will greatly enhance the ability of schools to support students.
