Alumni Spotlight
Dominic Cummings
We're proud to spotlight this year’s All In for Students Awards Distinguished Service Alumni recipient, Dominic Cummings! Dominic first connected with CIS of Jacksonville as a middle school student. That early connection transformed his life, and he carried that support with him through college—staying in touch with his mentor that CIS connected him to for guidance on courses and life beyond the classroom.
After earning his Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida and building a career in banking, Dominic returned to CIS of Jacksonville as an AmeriCorps literacy tutor—paying forward the support he once received.
"Communities In Schools has sparked something in me that is like a flame that'll never go out."
