As the Manager, Human Resources, Crystal is responsible for providing support within the Human Resources function primarily in recruitment and full-cycle talent management including employee relations, total rewards administration and employee engagement.

Crystal grew up in New York City and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in HR Management from Morgan State University.  Outside of Human Resources, she loves fashion, enjoys traveling and reading mystery novels.
