Last year, more than 1 in every 4 students nationwide missed almost a full month of classes because they were missing critical support and resources. Communities In Schools connects 2 million students across the country with trained, caring adults—CIS site coordinators—to help ensure students access the tools they need to succeed, from tutoring and mental health support, to food, clothing and housing.
