Jessy Cuddy

Jessy Cuddy serves as Vice President of Learning and Practice at the Communities In Schools® (CIS®) National Office. Since joining CIS in 2015, she has held several roles focused on advancing the fidelity and quality of the CIS model of integrated student supports. In her current role, Cuddy leads the organization's Learning and Development Agenda, overseeing a shared learning strategy that enhances model implementation across the affiliate network and directing the team responsible for practitioner resources, trainings, and programmatic partnerships. 

Prior to CIS, Cuddy spent seven years at Save the Children overseeing education and disaster recovery programming in rural and crisis-affected communities. She holds a master's in Social Work from Tulane University with certifications in Disaster Mental Health and International Social Work, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Education Policy and Leadership from American University. Cuddy has also served her local community as a commissioner and chair of the Alexandria Children, Youth, and Families Collaborative Commission from 2020 to 2024.
